Data point transfer with Tric ST^®

The program TRIC^® is produced and sold by the company Mervisoft in Wiesbaden. It is used as planning tool in many engineering offices in Germany.

TRIC^® is an add-on of a CAD program and is used for creation of control schemes corresponding to VDI 3814 / sheet 4. Data point lists, cable lists, plank occupancies, etc. are created automatically in the background.

The company AUTEC integrates the TRIC^® program that information from the TRIC^® databases can be imported into the Babylon system. Together with the information from the TRIC^® databases the following tasks will be processed automatically by the Babylon system corresponding to given patterns:

• Occupancy of the automation units
• Generation of the user address
• Generation of information texts
• Generation of status texts
• Generation of a mass framework for the automation unit hardware
• Generation of a function description
